EasyLife 365 Collaboration Renews Microsoft 365 Certification for a Fourth Consecutive Year

As 2025 comes to a close, we are proud to confirm that EasyLife 365 Collaboration has successfully renewed its Microsoft 365 Certification. This marks our fourth consecutive renewal and reflects uninterrupted certification since our first approval in 2022.

Our Certification Journey Since 2022

We joined the Microsoft 365 App Compliance Program in 2022 with EasyLife 365 Collaboration. From the start, our goal was to validate our platform against Microsoft’s security and data privacy standards, and to keep proving that commitment year after year.

Since then, we have completed four full certification cycles:

• 2022: EasyLife 365 Collaboration becomes Microsoft 365 Certified for the first time.
• 2023: Certification renewed after a structured security and compliance reassessment.
• 2024: Third renewal, confirming continuous alignment with Microsoft requirements.
• 2025: Fourth renewal, extending our certified status into the year ahead.

This continuity matters because the certification is time bound and must be renewed through recurring independent evaluation. It is not a one-time renewal but a sign of continuous effort and quality assurance.

What Renewal Involves

As mentioned, Microsoft 365 Certification is not a one-time review. Each renewal requires a detailed verification of both product security and operational practices. For the current cycle, EasyLife 365 Collaboration again completed independent testing and audits covering:

• Penetration testing by external security specialists
• Review of data protection and privacy controls
• Audits of security and compliance processes
• Validation of identity, access, and API safeguards
• Assessment of platform operations and security readiness

Only apps that pass these repeated checks retain the Microsoft 365 Certified status.
